  The carpark to return rental cars is almost impossible to find. If it is the first time you return a car there, it is highly recommended you should go there extra one hour earlier

  Tried to contact airport office, could not get hold of anyone, frustrated due to lost property no one could give me a number or email to contact, would prefer better service or contact to help out. Could consider other companies next time.

  Make sure you request a copy of the final inspection of the car. The Mistsubishi Outlander we rented had been checked upon return with no declared damage, but they later claimed 911$ for the repair of a small dent (the size of a quarter). They can unilaterally decide of the amount they bill. No way to contest or to contact them by phone once you leave. A total scam. Beware.

  Stay away!!!! They use fraudulent sale tactics such as a surprise 30% premium location surcharge in fine print in the contract. You only realize too late that the price listed on the web was too good to be true.

  I booked a manual micra online. First he asks if I want to pay to upgrade to auto. I declined. Then $5/day to upgrade to an SUV, I told him no because I just want a small car. He then takes my credit card, charges it and gives me the contract. He's given me a free upgrade to an automatic SUV. His sale pitch was total BS as they had no compact cars available and no manuals neither!! I refused to take an SUV as I didn't want to drive a big car. And I had booked on keddys (Europcar) especially because I wanted to drive a manual car! After 15 minutes of negotiating I ended up with an auto Hyundai accent that was delivered from domestic airport.
