  Rosie Batty is right. We need a Royal Commission into this hopelessly broken down system. The only principle of the family court is to underpin the income of sleazy little family law firms. No certainty, no rationality, no attempt to limit disputes to 15%, which is the maximum spread in 99% of divorces. It is just such a huge scam for women.

  The most broken down institution in Australia. Essentially exists to transfer wealth to family lawyers. No equal parenting; no clear rules. Close it down

  The Aussie judge gave me some horrible court orders. She was completely in favour of my Aussie ex-wife. I represented myself and my mum was seated behind me. This judge showed us utter disrespect. Her name is judge Boyle. Even though the court orders were atrocious, The ex is not sticking with the orders and is getting away with it. I have not seen my children in three months. Yeah, this is such fair justice alright!

  36 month delays, no equal parenting , no clear law. So resist every order they make. Dont agree to anything. Appeal everything. Dont pay. Dont sign anything. Only by mass civil disobedience can we bring Australias most corrupt arm of governement to its knees.

  Completely corrupt. My lawyer asked for money to bribe a judge in this Court. Its very corrupt. We need a Royal Commission like Rosie Baty said. We need to start putting frudulent lawyers in jail
