  The employers in this shop are very uneducated and envious because no one of them can ever buy this clothing or bags ,shoes...and they really are very unfriendly - it's not comparing to Louis Vuitton, Prada,Hermes ...or any other shop

  Worst shopping experience EVER ! My receipt said that I got served by Miki Zhou, I dont know whether she is really the one that pissed me off! (She is a chinese woman, and I remember she wears an apple watch and tie a bun in her head). I want to try a particular clothes in my size, and she impolitely said that the sizing of this brand in all tshirt is the same, and ask me to try other style of tshirt in my size. Is it really that hard just to get the size for customer ? And I end up buying the display clothes, I asked her whether they have the new one cuz the display ones got foundation in it. She replied directly to me "NO" without further checking. I requested her to clean it fr me, and she refused me, saying that she dont know how to clean the T-shirt, and she asked me to wash it myself at home. Such a rude staff ! I would really suggest Harrolds management team to train employees how to show some RESPECT to customer.

  They have employers who speak multiple languages and they are definitely polite and helpful

  Agree there is very snobbish service here. Each time I come to this store you get looked up and down and assessed whether you are eligible to enter. Once you are on the store people ignore you or talk amongst themselves. Until you actually ask someone a question (and I am someone who know my brands and what I am looking for), do you get attention. And each time they never have what want I am after and then get directed to look at something not even remotely similar. It is also a big shame that they have some great global brands here but stock probably the worst and most impractical things from that brand. Very bad colours, designs or material. I really wonder who buys the stuff. Unfortuately a lot is actually not very wearable.

  Always exceptional and excellent customer service, the staff are always nice, polite, friendly and never have an attitude or pretension. The selection of designers are fantastic. I’m always offered a drink and receive great advice.
