  It's a great store but given it is slam in middle of the city it's always crowded.. Hard to get appointments at the genius bar. However great place to check out all the new gadgets of Apple. Location is fantastic and staff is polite and competent..

  If you're heading for the Genius Bar however, make sure you book (and well in advance at that) on the Apple Store website.

  The store trades relatively late by Australian standards (8pm Mon-Wed & Fri-Sat, 9pm Thurs), so take the opportunity to visit in the evening if you don't like crowds.

  No appointment available before 3-4 days. No possibility to go on the waiting list through phone. I had to wait 10 minutes to go on the waiting list, and once I showed at the time of my appointment, I had to wait another 20 minutes. I thought when you were buying Apple you were signing up for great support, this is not true.

  I had trouble finding the checkout, so I asked at the door. Silly me, there is no checkout. The staff have digital sales devices. Not sure how they deal with cash. But I suppose with Mac prices, who would carry that much cash

  Absolutely they best apple store I have ever been to. Can be a bit busy at times but staff are always willing to help and guide you in the right direction.

  The first and still the best Apple Store in Australia. Three floors with a glass facade that affords great views of George Street.
