  I requested a birth certificate for my son and got one without any issues, all telephone calls were answered and the 2 times I meet them, they were courteous and professionals.

  Un pesimo servicio. He estado llamando +5 veces para preguntar acerca de unos certificados. No contestan el telefono y/o contestan y me cuelgan. Honestamente, nunca espere un tan mal servicio al cliente como el de hoy. Para hacer cosas mas dificiles, solo atienden hasta la 1. Muy decepcionada.

  - Terrible service. I've been calling more than 5 times to ask about a certificate enquiry and they are not picking up their phone or either answering and hanging up on me. To make matters worse, they are only open until 1. Very disappointed.

  Opening hours til 1pm? They brought all the red tape right from Peru but now with restricted service hours.

  Worst service. Terrible customer service. They don't pick up their phones, and it doesn't help this they are only open til 1pm! You guys need to get your act together! Seriously!!!!!
