    I parked overnight having received instructions to pay at the B1 level before 0830 to receive the $30.00 rate. At that time the booth was closed and the instruction given was to pay at the exit. The bill was $75.00, so I called for assistance and was told to pay and fix it up with management the following week. I declined as I have no confidence in a process where I have to claim my money back- so the attendant wouldn't let me out. I left by tailgating the car in front. I'll avoid these operators in future.
