  They demanded credit card details when I rang them. The guy turned up without any tools to start & came back ten minutes later with them. He couldn’t tell me how much they charged & left within ½ hour. Before I was going to pay the bill, I asked three times by email how they calculate their charge of $242, before I got a reply that they charge $120 service call + $100/hr for a minimum of one hour. While I was asking this, they just charged my credit card for the call, even though their trading terms allowed 7 days to pay. When I objected I was accused of doing this to get a discount & warned not to say anything negative about them.

  Fast, efficient and friendly! Not only did they implement a cost effective solution to my problem, they were prompt and even cleaned up when they were done - What more could you ask for

  I’m only writing this review after multiple attempts to resolve a very simple matter of negligence by contractor. Very rude business owner, denied out right liability for damaging goods even after evidence of photos produced and their own employee providing me a a statement of what occurred. Amazes me how people run business like this still. They might be good plumbers (can’t vouch for that) but customer service should be also a top priority in business. If you damage something, take some accountability rather then be dishonest.

  A company you definitely do not want to deal with. Quoted double price for a job in comparison to the other plumber then proceeded to charge for the actual quote, to the cost of $600 for 2 hours of 'investigation', no work was carried out. When questioned, was rude and a bully, confirming the $220 per hour quote. A completely unethical company.
