    New Balance, please train your sales staffs to be at least not rude to those paying their wages. The level of retail customer services in Sydney really is lagging behind many other developed cities. Unfortunately.

    The shoes are good in general. But this Westfield Sydney store has bad customer service. Last week when we decided to buy a cheaper shoes than what the sales lady suggested, she quickly turned rude and sarcastic. We actually did not care about the money, we just bought whatever we chose and liked.
