  I had my working experience assessed with CA. They took my money and rejected my assessment without any explanation. NO CORRESPONDENT! What I have submitted were my job reference letter, 12 months payslips, 2 years group certificates, 2 years notice of assessment letters, 2 years tax returns and job description. My working experience is authentic and genuine but they didn't even contact my employer for reference. Pick up your phone when I call!

  CAANZ is indeed the worst professional accounting body across ANZ and Asia Pacific. Staff are unprofessional, patronising, and not supportive at all. The organisation is lack of practising experience. Like the reviewers below mentioned "NO CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL". System crashes all the time and mistakes made regularly. You would find yourself talking to call center representatives who provide you with standard answers all the time without getting issues sorted.
