  In addition to this, unlike the people of Australia, immigration officers and security staff are generally rude. If I didn't live here, I'd have a pretty ugly image about the country dealing with airport staff. We should have more feedback kiosk for passengers to share their experiences, to make sure staff do not use the airport security excuse to be rude with passengers.

  I do not quite like it that the domestic terminal is still not connected airside to the international terminal, despite this being Australia's number one gateway from overseas. Also, I do not like it that the airport does not operate 24 hours, which limits the arrivals and Departures of destinations like Singapore and even Europe. Plus transport into the airport is exorbitant be it parking or trains. The bus that goes to the airport is the busiest in Sydney and is terribly overcrowded.

  One of the best Airport in the world. Have almost all facilities available. Nice duty free shops. Bars and restaurants, medicine, pray room and nice and clean toilets.

  - Upon arrival, I have to have the arrival card, and the e-passport ticket and the passport in my hand. If I lose any of them, it's a big issue of course. I've been to over 10 airports around the world, and none makes it this difficult to an arriving passenger. Who decided it's a nice idea to throw more paper work at passengers who were likely in long-haul flights? Could you for example use the arrival card as the e-passport ticket? perhaps by bar-code on the card or something similar?

  It does give us a decent impression of Australia. Sydney Airport, like Australia, is an efficient, multicultural and modern country where things really work. You can find goodness in the different luxury goods and confectionery that is uniquely Australian in the airport. The Boost Juice bars and the cafes and restaurants are not too bad.

  I love this airport. Its better every time I visit it. Its modern and it has everything you need it, specially Terminal 1. All the duty free stores look great. Check in process it’s easy and organised.
