  MEbank have been fantastic. We have been with them for 9 years and I have always found the staff friendly and well informed. Their personal loan is a great product.

  I moved to ME from a Big Bank and I couldn't be happier. The service is fantastic, short waiting times in the phone and online banking is easy. Come for the great low credit card interest rates and ATM fee refunds stay for the service.

  Excellent in ever way. Fantastic phone and internet help. Rates that are as good as any and service that is much, much better. I left the ANZ after 50 years due to shockingly bad service at my local branch and a phone help line with people somehwere far, far away who didn't seem to care in the slightest. No, ME is MUCH better. Go ME !

  This bank used to be very helpfull and friendly, in my opinion it has got to big and is just like the rest of the big banks. I have just finished a most unhelpfull phone call where the operator did not even try to help me. She just asked me to phone back and try again. Its sad to see such a great bank go down hill so fast. Lets hope the management take note of all these poor reviews and do something.

  I forgot to mention that I have been with this bank for nearly 20 years. Now that they are the same as a big bank you may as well use one of the big ones so you can go into a branch. Stay away from ME bank.

  Would have given no stars if possible. Absolutely dreadful. Customer service staff keep feeding us blatant lies. Compiling report to ombudsman.
