  Great store. As a commuter cyclist needing an upgrade, I decided to do some research about bicycles and found that Giant bicycles were always well regarded for their quality and customer service. I bought a Giant Seek from this store about a year ago, and it is still running strong and well. It is a good, robust bicycle, and the after service I have received from the store has been exemplary.

  They would get 5 no doubt. Only when i rode off i got to Chinatown and realised they hadnt tightened my handlebars prooperly and they slipped around.

  The staff here in the workshop have twice helped me out recently with quick fixes or minor parts I needed in a pinch. Good service. Based off this I might give their full bike servicing a go when the next one is due.

  I am a real novice bike rider. I bought a pretty basic mountain bike from here about 18 months ago mainly for a charity event. They were very helpful at the time of purchase and have been extremely helpful since in dismantling and boxing my modest bike. Very patient and helpful

  Can only give 3 stars as I only visited here once. Staff seemed relaxed and answers questions I had for them. Although I was browsing around for some POC cycling gear and helmets they were limited in stock. Considering the size of the store and the great layout it was disappointing to come to believe that the store was only limited by its stock. Waste of space considering the nice bikes and some cycling gear(limited) that was in store.

  If I can give one tip to potential customers, it is that they always have a clearance sale to make room for next year's stock near the end of the year. If you want to get a bicycle, generally near the end of year is best.

  I bought a giant comax2 here the other day. They ordered the bike in especially even though id madr no commitment to buy. Service was exceptional. Advised on accessories and bike maintenance without hard sell.
