  1) I was going to buy the Bontrager 350 lumens light with ANT+ and didn't know there was a cheaper version without the ANT+. Was recommended the cheaper version when I said I was new to biking and asked for advice. It was a great buy.

  Walked in ready to purchase a bike, no one attended to us after Being in there for 30 minutes. Staff was just standing and chatting with their coffee.

  I bought a bike light here - Lezyne Macro Drive front light. About a year later, I lost the plastic end cap that covers the charging port and seals the end of the light to keep it waterproof.

  2) Months later, I crashed my bike lights to the point it wasn't fit for warranty. The staff named Mike was friendly enough to give me the same bike light model with ANT+ for the price of the bike light without the ANT+. Although I didn't need the ANT+, this was really sweet.

  The part was not listed by Lezyne (the light is no longer a current model), but when I contacted Jet Cycles, they managed to track one down and gave it to me for free! Nice.

  Used their services 3 times now to take care of my bike and I'm satisfied. They know what they do, they give good advise, they're flexible and work fast. Their prices seem reasonable to me though I'm not an expert.

  I've had them do a few small repairs for me too - change tires etc. and while not the cheapest (what do you expect in the city) they've done it while I wait which is hugely convenient. Adjusted the headset tightness while they were at it too, which again was great.

  Pleasure dealing with Jet Cycles, one of the most professional bike stores in the City. These guys can offer everything from the basics to high-end/athlete specific advice, including where to start and how to improve your cycling (as was my experience).
