  Contacted SEB at last minute looking to hire 2 electric bikes for a half day of sightseeing. These guys were great. Easy to find, the bikes ready to go and we received wonderful service. They were happy to do a few practice runs in a quiet lane behind the shop and offered a back pack for all our gear. The bike lanes started close by and it was easy to find our own way to the Harbour Bridge and other great sights. We had as great time. Thanks SEB!

  Great and extremely friendly service without any pushy sales when I bought my first electric bike. Also very helpful with advice and servicing. Even giving my brakes a quick adjustment for free when I popped in to see if they needed to be replaced.

  So I decided to buy an E-bike for my daily commute to work. After spending 3 weeks researching online I arrived at Sydney Electric Bikes knowing all there was to know about E-Bikes... Turns out I had no idea what I was after and what the best bike for me was... But thanks to the staff giving me the right advice (as opposed to just telling me what I wanted to hear) and letting me ride multiple bikes, I purchased the right bike for me. 4 weeks on I'm riding it and loving it every day and haven't regretted my purchase once.. So if you want to buy an E-Bike, do it they're awesome, and also visit Sydney Electric Bikes. You'll get the right advice and get to ride as many bikes as you like...

  Exceptional value for money with the servicing also; having been "introduced" to a taxi to whom road rules appear to be a suggestion only, I was amazed that the repairs, replacements and labour came to under $250! Absolute bargain!
