  Completely incompetent. we ordered four items online. They arrived in three separate postings. Two of the items were not as ordered. Two months have gone by so far, and finally received an email today from someone named Emma. Nobody at the co-op knows who that is, so I can't speak to her about the problem. Three previous contacts have given three conflicting stories about what is going on. Next call is to department of fair trading. Avoid these braindead morons.

  I’ve been to this place 1 time. Its a not-so-large bookstore. The prices are pretty high for all the UniSyd souvenirs.

  Customer service definitely need improvement. Been there few times, some staff are busy with customers while some other seem not interested in providing help to customer that are looking for assistance.

  Went in to grab a book, can't find it. Speak to a friendly staff member, she has a look with me and then tells me that it shows up as one in stock there, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere. Fair enough, that happens. Go to the online Co-op store, it says there is some in stock. Awesome, one of the other stores has it and can ship it to me. Order it - "This is being dispatched from the Sydney University store" - wait, what? Order doesn't arrive for two weeks, ring up customer service - speak to a really nice/helpful customer service rep (probably the only good thing about this experience). Stock wasn't updated by the Sydney Co-op store, so they had to backorder it - but apparently there was some issue with the supplier, so it might be a few weeks. Cancelled my order, went to different non-Coop bookshop and found my textbook in two minutes. Avoid USYD Co-op, for sure.

  The staff member was really patient and helpful in trying to locate the language learning books. Turns out that the centre for continuing education no longer stock their materials directly through the university. Had to order online but appreciate the customer service.
