  Over the last twelve months I've rented car's from Apex Rentals in different states and have always been treated extremely well, their customer service is exceptionally good the staff have always been friendly and helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services again

  Easy to deal with. Picked me and my children up at the airport quickly with lovely driver. Was upgraded to a larger vehicle which was great on fuel also. Dropped us back to airport with no dramas at all! Lovely company to deal with and would highly recommend.

  I have been using apex in other cities and wasn't disappointed by their Sudney office. They pickuped us up promptly from the airport. The admin wark was tight and we were on the road.

  Cheapy service, very cheapy car. Hub caps zip tied on. Pretty bunged up Camry. Handy pickup service.

  Phone staff were condescending bordering on rude but on premises staff were very helpful. We had a very good experience over all. The car we picked up in Melbourne (2015 model) had a number of minor dents and scratches but Gautam was careful to note them all. The renter before us has obviously been smoking in the car however - the smell was quite obvious but faded over the two weeks we had the car. The Sydney drop off was uneventful, the staff member checked the fuel level and noted the prior minor damage, there was no drama and no extra charges. I will definitely consider using Apex again but would suggest their phone staff get training in customer relations and etiquette.
