    Was waiting for 48 minutes to be served and then the front desk guy let other people go in front of us saying their paperwork is already done. So waiting for next 10 minutes. Absolutely rude and not acceptable service. No apologies for being slow but aggression instead.

    Very difficult to work with, long wait, bad customer service. One person working there cannot handle all the calls and in-person customers.

    Worst service ever. Start late and finish early. Take the longest time to collect cars, are unhelpful and don't provide any details of access of their car park with constant changing conditions along George St and Circular Quay. Would never use them again.

    I should have listened to the advice of many before me! Over 1 hour to get my pre booked Car. Would have been quicker to catch a train to the airport and rent there!
