  Despite the negative review I still think Europcar City, Central and Darling harbour branches provided the best service ever, being a member for almost a year the staffs are helpful and efficient the quality of the vehicle are one of the best in town. Especially thanks to Chris, Clearance, Phillip and Arsalan. See you guys soon !

  Literally the worst customer experience I've ever hard. Was given the wrong car which was caked in mud, and not even filled with fuel. Was charged for excess fuel usage upon return. The customer treatment is horrendous. Take my advice, and use any other rental.

  Uninterested personnel, older rentalcars that are bad maintained is allready to sad. But when returning the car at 1600 pm there was nobody to check te car. The bill should33 be made next day. they added an extra 1309 km to it. Do not rent there.

  The queue to pickup a car I paid several hundred dollars for was over an hour long. The expedient was the slowest ever and the manager decided to only have one employee on work on a Saturday. Worst service ever, find another place to rent your car.
