  All in all, they facilitated me extending and altering my reservation very speedily, and everyone was polite and friendly. No complaints really, just don't get there and be in a rush!

  Unfortunately, despite my reservation 1-2 weeks ahead of time for a van, there was no van available when I came because the previous driver had decided not to return the van on time. So that was not helpful as we were moving & required the specific model so it would fit between alleyway and into the underground car park. They offered a bigger van but it wouldn't have fit. Staff Bianca and Christine were very helpful and managed to get a driver to pick up the same van from another location but that took a few hours. (18 months ago when we had rented the same van from them, there were no issues.)

  Very outgoing and friendly staff. Their cars are new and very clean. I would recommend buying the extra insurance, yes it cost more but it worth it. I been driving since 7 years and I never ever caused any scratches or accident. Drove in many countries. But Sydney has small parking, I scratched the car while parking in a parking lot. The scratch is small not a big damage but due to NSW insurance policy, it could cost me up to 7000$ for this scratch to repair. I'm lucky enough to bought the 29$ extra insurance so I didn't had to pay anything comparing 29 VS 7000$, it's nothing.

  Very friendly staff, helpful and very accommodating. The car was clean and as the staff described. I've never used Hertz before but if this is an indication of the service, quality and price of the hire? I will use Hertz again without a second thought.

  Good staff, and all around no complaints. The location is actually not the easiest place to find unless you've been there before, and both when renting and returning our vehicle only a single staff member was working the front office which meant we were waiting about 30-45 minutes in queue just to pickup/dropoff.

  As long as u don't have any issue by chance they r ok, but if u need any support and if have any issue with vehicle then don't expect a good response from them coz such a low class poor service they provide after u rent...u only get stress nothing else...
