  Excellent service, the only downsides were - had to collect an unfamiliar car from the basement (6 levels down) and the boot of the car isn't big enough for two large cases. Good news is, it's a brand new car !!!

  Vehicle was collected from the airport which worked out well. However, I made arrangements to drop the vehicle off in the CBD (William St) office. This address is impossible to find using navigation. It took me over an hour to locate the bloody office. Went through the tunnel three times and nearly crashed. When I finally locate the drop off zone it is as actually up a back lane way and was not at the designated address anyway. After complaining to the people at the office they informed me that this was a common problem and head office had not got around to addressing it. Basically they couldn't care less if they waste their customers time. I will never use them again .

  I'd advise people to make their way to the back of the store to the street behind in order to locate the garage. It's not clearly signposted.
