    For me this is a great addition to Sydney's retail options. A Japanese multinational fast-fashion powerhouse.

    Affordable and good quality products, affordably priced with in house alterations (free lockstitch, $6 blind stitch). Particularly courteous staff, attentive service unless they are super busy.

    Not as good as in Japan, but still has an excellent range. Customer service was very pleasant, the shop operates efficiently.

    Worst store ever, the Indian lady was being really racist and said I looked like this other Asian person who purchased earlier. I said fine I didn't want to buy it but they grabbed the security and forced me to leave details?! No idea what the policy is but this store is racist and the employees think they can be angry and treat customers with no respect

    High quality clothing with extremely efficient and friendly staff as well as great prices the only problem is my that when I was younger they did not have shorts or pants in my size as they do not have extra small size in either but other wise is a must.
