  Nathan from the kitchen department deserves a promotion. I had the worst experience with an online order. Five out of 15 items arrived smashed, I then wasted 40 minutes on call waiting to the online department, before being told to pick up the replacement plates in the city store. When I arrived at the city store I was told they had NO STOCK. Had to pay $38 parking for nothing. Even though I was incredibly annoyed, Nathan managed to turn it into a positive experience. He was friendly, professional, apologetic and found a store that did have stock and asked them to hold it for me. He walked me to the lift and apologised once more. The online service SUCKS but I highly commend the face to face customer service that was provided by Nathan.

  You'll need to factor an extra hour when shopping at Myer because that's how long it'll take you to locate any sales staff on the deserted shopfloors... No customers and no staff, it's like a desert. The whole store is a depressing experience - grubby, worn down and old. For a better experience you're better off crossing the street for David Jones where their staff know a bit more about what they're selling...

  Myer is always good for one stop shopping. Have shopped in this Myer many times, especially for gifts, clothing, footwear and Christmas shopping. I generally buy all that I need in the one trip. Have also enjoyed browsing around here for hours with friends on our girlie shopping days out. This is a well stocked, well appointed store. The staff are always friendly and helpful
