  When it comes to customer experience it varies depending on what you’re interested in buying. I would recommend this store for photography and telco deals as the workers I have spoken to do know what they’re talking about and are willing to give good deals. They do lack stock when compared to other stores within the area, but provides a better customer experience in my opinion.

  I couldn't be happier with the service. This has become my preferred 'go to' JBHI store. The staff have always gone above and beyond.

  There are many JB hifi stores and this is definitely the best store of all, simply because they give the best service. One of my earphones lost audio and I lost the invoice for it. The girls in store spend a lot of time and effort help me with very friendly attitude. This is not the 1st time I received great service from this shop and I would rather to walk extra 15 mins to buy things from this store for sure.

  3 stars for more than half the staff being helpful. Today when I went in to ask for something at the cashier, the lady acted confused and got annoyed quite easily. I don't think it's good to get annoyed at customers and act all confused and lose manners in the process. I only go here because it's close by. The next time I see that lady at the cashier, I'll wait until another person's free.

  I brought my laptop in as it was having troubles. Ryan was extremely patience and helpful. He even had Matt (Manager) to come over to help me. As my laptop was company direct, Matt provided helpful information in any further interaction I may have with them.

  SO friendly, honestly a bit embarrassed, didn't know the difference between all the game stations, and the staff helped me (patiently) chose one for my boyfriend's b'day. Thank you so much guys
