  Really JB hi fi? Why are you preventing customers from reviewing products if ratings are not quite to your so called standard? Don't shop with this organisation they prevent customers sharing feedback to protect there brand.

  The staff were so helpful when helping me organise a replacement of my faulty headphones. David even spoke on the phone on my behalf to help explain the issues and was so very helpful. All of the staff members I spoke to were so lovely and helpful.

  This underground store offers a wide variety of music, tv shows, movies, headphones, cables and other entertainment equipment, just as a JB-Hi Fi would. Was a bit disappointed they didn't stock up on more hard drives.

  Strangely shaped store. It's been here for ages but now that Westfield has a flagship there's less reason to visit. Didn't have the Range and stock.

  The service here is always hit and miss. Most of the time the staff are friendly, but they often don't know much about the products they're selling. The check-out is usually pretty quick and the prices are reasonable.
