  This place is horrible. I came here for a hens on the weekend with the worst experience. With the room we booked we also were supplied jugs which had diluted alcohol in it. When we ordered shots they also gave us diluted pre made shots and got quiet upset when we asked them to make it properly. All the screens for music are delayed with lyrics and its really hard to pick the songs when everything is in Chinese.

  Definitely one of the best karaoke establishments in Sydney, with awesome decor, away from the chaos of the Sydney CBD and a large selection of drinks at reasonable prices.

  Disappointing is an understatement. I would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is non-existent and didn't even provide the service we paid for. Drinks are expensive and watered down. All the microphones were out of whack, one was really loud and one you could barely hear. I approached staff about this multiple times and the situation was never rectified and they were all really rude the whole time we were there, more like we were an inconvenience than anything else. All of the screens are delayed, and the majority of them the lyrics are completely cut off! You can't even properly choose songs as everything is in Chinese. How can you even call that karaoke??? Avoid this place!

  Rooms are disgusting, place is over crowded, its settings are dated, upkeep is non existing with the bathrooms not cleaned at all or not maintained even and bar staff are disorganised using cheap mixers at over premium prices. Give it a miss.

  Filthy rooms, even by late night karaoke standards and unfriendly service. The song catalogue is okay, although the tech to choose songs isn't easy. Prepare to wait 45 minutes to order a drink at the bar as they don't deliver to your room. The bouncer is one of the gooniest bouncers I've ever met - would not let people in despite having a reservation.
