Unfortunately, waiting to process Greek Consulate matters can be a long and frustrating wait if you live in Sydney and it can certainly test your patience. However, keep in mind this office is severely understaffed and deals with relentless volumes of emails, phone calls and frustrated walk throughs that come storming to the front desk demanding help. Ive witnesses this first hand on three occasions and understand what this understaffed office is dealing with on a daily basis (Greek government take note). Eleni was exceptionally helpful at the front desk and Ekaterini went out of her way over two arduous days to find archaic records of my Greek parents birth details. This was needed for my application of Greek registration which was finally lodged. A big THANK-YOU to Ekaterini for her patience, time and resourcefulness and to all the staff that I know do their best with the limited resources they have.

They are super busy and might not pick up your phone or reply email. So better to walk in to book your appointment. Friendly staffs and good services. I'm very impressed than another embassy :)

While in person early in the morning I have been attended well enough. However, there is no phone call besides an automated answering machine. Hence I sent an email and I still await an answer after 2 weeks. Which means that I have to go there in person. And tiny working schedule is not convenient for anyone either - 9.30am till 2pm
