  Tried to call several times on different days but no one really answers the call. Sent a number of emails, and same.. no one answers any of my emails. Guess the only way to hear from your office is to actually go to your office - which can be a hit or miss since it'll be either me wasting my work leave/time or me actually accomplishing something.

  Sad to see that the Italian inefficiency persists even over the borders! Got there 30 min before opening time, 6th person in line, took more than two hours to be called. No possibility to book appointments! In the meantime people with appointments jumping the queue and delaying even more the people in line. This is a joke! You can't expect people to waste so much time for a service that litterally takes 10 minutes! Vergogna!

  Inefficient and slow, only 3 desks open, 1 dedicated to visas and 2 for passports and other requests. Of these two, one closed at 10.30 and never opened again (couldn't someone step in?), with 20 people in the waiting room at peak time, and each customer took 20 to 30 minutes.... WHY NO APPOINTMENTS? This is bureaucracy hell... Something needs to change. Not even back in Italy it took so long to request a new passport. Total disrespect for other people's lives/jobs. Awful.

  Rude people. Poor service. Never answer at phone call or reply by email. The man there so rude just because I didn't take my number.
