  I have just applied a visitor visa here, the whole experience was great, super fast, professional, friendly and warm. I rushed in for interview the last minute before Easter holiday, and was told the application was approved and ready for pick up in the morning the second day after Easter. A absolutely beautiful start for my Portugal trip, will come back for my visit to South part of Portugal next time.

  Got here at 9:30am only two people before me is 11:49 and still waiting. What they doing is talking to each other acting like this is high school. Very shameful way to represent portugal. This is a work place not the high school recesses. Do your job.

  28people went into registered their passports for visa ,, to visit Portugal .The group registered as pilgrimage. Wow,to my surprise the work done was excellent, I was so impressed with the staffs there, only one female staff was doing this visa for other 9 people,she was happy, talking to the client's,and so forth.

  Have been coming here for years. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Sure you have to wait, but where don't you have to wait these days. The team does multitask to ensure you are not waiting unnecessarily by checking what qeued customers are wanting and 'jumping' the qeue if it's just a collection or something quick.
