  You must have to update regarding this on your website as everyone one was very disappointed and there was old people aswell who can't even walk properly. You guys have wasted time of many people.

  Was there today on 10/05/17 to logged my visa, before leaving home I check on Google and on their website which shows its open today but when I reached there I saw crowd was standing in lift lobby and every one was very disappointed cause Thai embassy was closed on the account of VISAKHA BUCHA DAY.

  Helpless staff pretending to be important. Very rude attitude and disrespectful. I applied for visa but some days later I changed my mind so went to the consulate in the morning to take my passport back. When I asked "could I please take back my passport because I do not need the visa any more" the guy said "who you are to tell me to do something for you"; very shocking. They kept me there until 3:00 pm until I finally took my passport back. Also, they closed 2 hours for lunch and closed the doors; had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours; ridiculous. Will spend my money in a better country.

  A bit slow. You might need at least 1 hour to spend here. Staff are very friendly.

  My girlfriend I went there to get our passports renewed. The process was done very quickly and simply. There was no long line to queue. All staff there were friendly. We were absolutely satisfied.
