    Really good service....When you have a passport emergency and need advice, no one answers the phone....ever

    he lady at the consulate in Sydney was unnecessarily rude and abrupt when I called… I told her as much and she said “thank you for the constructive criticism but I can't help the way I talk."

    phoned three times at 10am (when says open at 9) messaged said closed twice and third time the phone just rang out with no answer.
