  If I could give this company a 0 I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If payment is a few days late they call you incessantly on a private number no matter the time of day. Whatever you do, do not finance with this company. Biggest mistake I ever made

  Be careful in dealing with this finance company. They are very difficult to deal with and customer service is terrible. Like the other reviews, don't be tricked into receiving finance with 0% interest for 6 months. Ensure that you ask for the finance provider before purchasing anything on a finance. If the loan provider is Lombard DONT SIGN ANYTHING and walk away!

  Got a credit line for a TAFE course. Once I had paid off this account, they accidentally took $200 out of my account and only refunded 50% of it as they kept the other $100 for an annual fee. I had paid this account off before the years end and I did not want to renew this account. I have called them numerous and waited on hold for extended periods of time. I finally got through and half way through the call their phone went dead and I haven't been able to get through since due to 'Technically difficulties'. Lombard is the reason I will never borrow money again. WORST FINANCE COMPANY EVER!!!!

  Be very careful. I was tricked by Lombard, thinking I was getting 6 months interest free but instead being charged 22.99% interest from day one. Avoid at all costs

  We were approved for a 12 month interest free loan through flight centre; they didn’t take a cent for the first 5 months even though I repeatedly called to arrange payments, so I lost almost half my interest free term, then I requested to increase the payments to pay off the loan within the time frame and they told me they would... 4 times...
