    Typical of Maquarie - that own this organisation - they are only interested in your money, little else. Customer service and business partner support is non existent. They VOW to make your life a misery.

    Get you in at low then close the door! Switched to Vow by a broker just after one month or so 2015, increasing rate by 27 points and two months later by another 21 points, without RBA's interest move. RBA'S recent 25 points cut in May 2016 , vowwww, guess what? This guy only gave me 10 points cut. Call in to express dissatisfaction then give me another 5 points. My experience is stay well away from this kind of smaller lenders. Stay with Big 4 is even better.
