    Product. Promised same day delivery which did not occur. Phone line had hit capacity so they shut down 3 hours early. Once this service had returned it then was a half an hour wait on hold. It was the complete lack of communication which created the frustration, no update on the product or even a notice that it wasn't going to be delivered. Successfully ruined a large portion of the day, would not recommend this to anyone.

    These guys do the most stunning bouquets at such reasonable prices! Wade & team are the best.

    Bought roses through their website on Valentine's Day which was booked through a whole saler . Called the wholesaler in the afternoon who said the order was made but the florist didn't acknowledge the order or pick up the flowers.

    Like others, online order was not acknowledged by this shop and no communication so flowers were not delivered on Valentines day. Pretty poor business practice. Take your site down if you don't intend to fulfill orders.

    Always amazing service. I have been using this florist for nearly 10 years now. The arrangements are always beautiful for the occasion.
