  I am very disappointed with this florist. I ordered flowers for a funeral service, paid for and all yesterday. I set a pick up time today 2:30pm. I also went in an hour before pick up to make sure that everything would be okay. I was assured it was all coming along well. Long and behold when I went to pick up the flowers, it was totally not what I had been referenced to. The colours I was guaranteed that would feature in the bouquet were no existent and the arrangement of the flowers was very poor. It looked so ugly you would not want to present them to a dog's funeral. It was awful. When I questioned the female lady about this all I received was attitude and rude service. I got a full refund after a fiery exchange of words and walked away. Now, I am at an inconvenience. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. Failed to acknowledge where they failed at. If this is the kind of service you are offering. There are more reputable and reliable florist in the CBD area.

  Went here to get flowers for my girlfriend. Was really impressed with the assistance and the flowers. Many people commented on how fantastic they looked. Would definitely recommend to everyone

  Went for $20 upgrade and high quality bouquet (plus chocolates) delivered as promised. Easy online ordering process. Great value.
