    These guys are the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly tradie types I have ever encountered. Doing a full reno at my place, I have been back to this shop many times, sometimes for bits and pieces, a lot of the time for advice or reassurances, and the service has always been outstanding. Jim, one of the owners, took so much time to explain to me how I could do certain fiddly tasks myself, like changing the locks on my front door, or how the plumbing worked on my laundry tub. Prices are unbelievably competitive when compared to other hardware stores-as an example, ducting I had to buy for my rangehood cost me $10 here and nearly twice that at Bunnings. Can't recommend these guys enough.

    Very friendly service, good value! Good old fashioned service. Doesn't make you feel like a time waster even though not a tradie. Will be a return shopper.
