  When I finally managed to be there after waiting for a whole week, they kept me waiting for another whole hour after checked in. My appointment was 11:00. so yeah been sitting there coughing till 12:00 before someone call my name.

  Worst place ever. Inpatient and unhelpful staffs. U guys really need to think about why ppl being rude to the staff rather than keep a sign that saying " There is no tolerance for being rude to the staff."

  I'm a UNSW staff member and have been going here for 6 years. Throughout that time I've gone to many different doctors and have liked them all! They are all really professional and helpful! Richard Ng is really friendly and warm and makes you feel extremely comfortable as does Chrystal McKeogh, who are the two I've been going to the most I guess. Since both those doctors are really warm and conscious about fully tending to all your needs, they sometimes run a little late but they are worth the wait! Can't recommend this service enough!!!!

  The doctor was very kind and nice, however one of the staff I talked to at reception is IMPATIENT and RUDE, cant believe she just shout 'I dont know what you talking about, Next!!!' while looking at me like I'm an idiot? and turn to someone else??!!

  Dr. Anthea is always kind and patient to her patients, I like her very much.
