  This is possibly the worst law firm I've ever encountered. Why? Simple! Over the space of a month not one email nor phone call has received a response. In all fairness I cannot be sure whether this is systematic within the law firm or related to the one lawyer. However even the person who answers the main phone number is cold dry not polite and not impolite, she just occurs as uninterested; every interaction this far with the receptionist or whatever her position is leaves me feeling I could better talk to some form of AI. No wonder AI is starting to take over this type of legal role in the USA and it will soon become standard here with hopefully law firms like this being the first to be replaced. Any lawyer joke you've ever heard was probably inspired by this law firm.

  When I had noone in the world, Chris was there to help me, along with his friend George Thomas. I will never forget their kindness and loyalty...they stopped the media from going ballistic on me, and it takes a special talent to deal with the paparazzi the way Chris does..love ypu guys,,,,GT
