  Was completely surprise by the FANTASTIC service. Was greeted at the entrance by a very helpful lady who guided me through everything personally. She helped troubleshoot all issues and provided an excellent service. This service that a government department provided was so good I was compelled to write this review.

  After explaining multiple times to the welcoming staff I wanted to speak to a person at the counter as I needed to make a cash payment, I was told to go to the computers to speed things up. After explaining very clearly I needed the paper work we got to the payment page and he asked me to put in my card details.......I told him I wanted to pay cash.
