  Good location hotel. Swimming pool has good views. Club lounge is good size and has usual complementary drinks and nibbles in evening. Unfortunately, as part of health club noise carries through and kids using pool not appreciated by staff or health club visitors.

  Top notch. The newly refurbished rooms are very nice and the staff and service attentive without being overbearing. They even arranged for some nice chocolate cake and a bottle of wine for my fiancée's birthday.

  Was here for the MoodleMoot conference but not for accommodation. The hotel lobby is very elegant and the food was superb. There is a convenient restaurant off the lobby. During conference meals the very professional kitchen and wait staff kept the good food and sweets coming and catered for all tastes and dietary requirements.

  We were there for 3 nights at the start of our honeymoon. All staff we interacted with were very nice. They sent us up champagne to get this amazing trip started. Rooms were decent size, bathrooms were huge, and well serviced daily. They are across the street from the park which is nice because you're always a few steps away from an enjoyable place to sit outside. They are also a few feet from the train that runs straight to the airport

  Just coming from Sheraton high tea and our experience was terrible (I am a high tea lover and while I was previously happy with high tea at Sheraton this time around it was a disaster.) They served me special sandwiches for pregnant but some ingredients of them like soft cheese and ham are actually not allowed during pregnancy - you wonder if chef actually knows what he/she is doing. But this wasn’t the worst part. Staff was super busy and not nice compared to last time and not really knowledgeable about their food (no apology from them). We had a birthday group dining with us and they were screaming like they are in a bar. Obviously, not educated about a high tea ambience and staff kept ignoring their yelling instead of nicely pointing it out. We felt like we are in a low level bar/restaurant instead of a five star hotel. We are Gold SPG members and our perception of the hotel dropped significantly with this experience. We won’t be coming back.
