  The move from our unit at the Rocks to Platinum Storage went brilliant so far, the concept is easy, the movers were experienced and careful, they explained well how it was going to work and delivered as promised. The only negative comment is the hefty fine we had added to our bill as the rangers booked their truck. To be fair, they explained that we would have to pay for it in case we had no parking arrangements which ended up being the case. I should have done as advised by the office staff that suggest me to be near the truck minding it, I guess they had no option but parking on a non stop zone to avoid walking a distance which was unpractical to get to the block of apartments.

  The guys arrived on time and were very helpful during the entire move. They worked hard and fast, never complained and were happy to accommodate any requests made. I'm glad my previous removalist let me down because now I have a new better one!

  Excellent response time got a quote in a few minutes. From there really good communication, letting me know the exact time the truck arrived without delays! The access at the new place was really tricky but the two removalists were able to find a great spot. They were also very professional, taking care and protecting my belongings all the way. Highly recommended! I don't want to move again, but if I do I would definitely use Platinum again.

  I believe in standing up to bullies so I did. The boss threatened to just run my card details, that he had illegally kept, for his price. I told him I'd just lodge an illegal transaction complaint. This was 6 months ago and it still leaves a bad taste with me. Hell will freeze over before I ever have any dealings with this company, which in my opinion is led by a narcissistic bully.

  Worst moving experience I've ever had. They turned up to move a 3 bedroom unit with a small van!!! Gave me some stupid reason like " it'll be easier" no it'll be more expensive for me!! Took far too long with 3 guys filling a 17 square metre van. They had to come back the next day with a real moving van near twice the size of the tiny van. Then the bill debarkel... I just wasn't paying what the boss asked for... he had a shouting session with me for ages, over the phone, while his poor workers had to wait. Damaged and scratched quite a few items. Probably trying to squash it all into a small van!!!

  On 2016 they were amazing. This year last, more answering calls than doing the job. Carrying separate things my kid could have carried. Very dissapointed. Will never book again.
