Absolutely hopeless. Moved a 2bed flat mostly furniture and kitchen items. Broke the glass from my entertainment unit wasn't offered insurance in the quote so I naturally thought when paying an extreme price it would be included but one shouldn't think. Wasn't covered for the loss unpacked boxes to find broken items more than a few. Bed frames torn marked the walls when moving furniture. To be honest they are rubbish and I've moved around 10 times here and abroad. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

These no talent ass clowns are literally the worst movers you can hire. No joke, the worst. It was amazing to see one dude try and lift a Pier One coffee table all the way down our drive way, he ran out of gas before the door and just laid it end side down on the bricks and dragged it. Yup, that happened. They even screwed up an ARB roof top tent. I asked them three times if they could handle it, "No Worries" they said. Nope. I guess it got heavy because they managed to abrade a massive hole all the way through a tough poly cover. These mopes did more damage to our stuff in a five km move than our movers who shipped it 5000 km. They were booked by our employer for three days, which turned out to be one packer for two days and then 10 juice heads on the last day. This all happened months ago, and I wrote it off and moved on. But I'm writing this review now because the just bed they assembled just fell apart. While we were in it. I found they literally just put the bolts in random holes. Please come argue D-Bags, I have photos of all the damage and would love to make this go viral…

We moved recently from Singapore to Sydney and paid a large price in many ways. It was not the cheapest quote by a long shot and many things arrived broken or scratched (incl. a dining table, nest of tables, chinaware). We paid a premium for assistance to unpack in Sydney and got only 1 man who didn't even put screws in the 2 beds when he put them together. We are still waiting for our insurance form and no one has collected our used boxes (about 70) despite 2 phone calls. We live in the inner city and have little room for unused boxes. Do you want these back or not? Would NOT recommend. Very disappointed.

I have just moved from Sydney to Qld and would not recommend this company to anybody. It was a complete shambles in Sydney from day 1 and is still a shambles after 2.5 weeks. Things were left in kitchen cupboards and things are missing. One man to pack a 2 bedroom unit after I was told 2 would be there. Finished packing on 2nd day at 10.30pm and arrived at city hotel accommodation at 11pm and room service dinner at midnight. No I am not happy to say the least. Zero star recommendation

Hired them last July 2017 for move from Perth to Sydney. Our Dyson vacuum was delivered with missing parts. They then said the standard insurance that we got does not cover missing parts and there is nothing they can do. What insurance does not have coverage for that? Also, I don't think they bothered looking for the parts when we reported it. They just said to claim it from the insurance right away. Feels like a scam. Other complaints are wooden table corner's nicked and my office desk had incomplete height adjusters. I don't know how they managed to lose that.
