Has a very interesting l design for a children's playground. But not enough shade around. Google Maps will route you to car park next to the prison but I most people would be better off driving past that gate and park closer to the river.

Nice park with amazing views of the Parramatta River. Plenty of rides for kids of all ages. Parking is usually full on the weekends so arrive early. If its not summer, the wind chill warrants you wear a jacket or something to keep yourself warm. Waterfront can be quite chilly. The park itself is very well maintained and had many BBQ stations as well.

Excellent place to bring kids during the weekends or vacation days. Also good for a family picnic. Easy to reach and plenty of parking

A great place to take the kids with heaps of things to do as a family or a group from having a BBQ, to playing on swings, sliding on slides, climbing on the ropes. Free water drinking taps for you or your dog. You can hire bikes or bring your own and ride or walk on the walking tracks. Plenty of space to run around kick a ball or even fly a kite. There is a coffee club or canteen to buy things to eat or drink if you did not bring your own. limited shady areas to sit so I suggest taking your own shade if I you wish to just sit down and relax, plenty of parking. Toilet facilities available. A very popular place to go and can get busy. All round a enjoyable place to go with children of all ages for a fun day as entry is free.

It is the biggest & best playground in Sydney. It has a diverse range of kid’s activities and challenges for all ages and abilities. There is water, moving play elements, high and steep land and hidden and confined spaces. Double flying fox, mega-swing, tunnel slides, scramble wall, spinning play disk, Viking swing, multi-level tree house, and beautiful outdoor water playground. Best for kid’s day out.
