Sarah Key is world class and if you really want a solution to your back pain, I can't recommend Sarah or her trained physios more highly. She has saved me from a life of pain. Sarah trains physiotherapists all over the world and has written 5 excellent books on back pain, so you are in extremely experienced and 'healing' hands. (Or feet - Sarah's method of treating with her feet feels absolutely amazing I promise!).

I went to Sarah's 'Back in a Week' program in April 2014. I found it, and the back block exercises, extremely helpful. Her books are also well written and informative. Thank you Sarah.

As a 54 year old landscape gardener I have done the rounds of a variety of back health practioners. However, the Sarah Key method is different and has enabled me to carry on working and more importantly enjoy life. I've never met Sarah, but the books and videos have been profoundly helpful, her approach is logical and easy to follow.

At last someone who knows what they are talking about! I was impressed by Sarah’s ability to get to the heart of the problem and map out a game plan to get me back playing golf again. I would recommend anybody with back issues to go and see Sarah or one of her girls.

Whilst I've never been to the Centre, I bought and read Sarah Key's 'Back Sufferer's Bible' back in 1999 after I experienced a severe disc prolapse and heard her speak on local radio. Her talk made so much sense, and her philosophy of knowing what's happening and being empowered to act yourself I found strongly in accord with my own. By utilising the stretches and exercises she recommended, my back gradually recovered - initially I could barely walk! Now I regularly participate in yoga classes, bend easily, and my back problems are a memory - and I thank Sarah most sincerely for the significant role she played in my recovery.
