  they really need to get those self services machines with the large parcel deposit bins because I find myself lining up for so long during peak hours for parcels that I've already paid for I just want to drop them off as they wont fit in the normal post box... really annoying.

  Useful location for a post office. Lots of things for sale, 2 lines so it's not as slow as some suburban shops.

  ENSURE that if you pay the priority fee for a passport they put it through! After waiting 4 hours to replace my damaged passport and paying the $127 priority fee... they never updated it. I've lost flights, accommodation and now rebooking aswel as repaying the processing fee because of this!

  Got served by Derek in relation to my passport application. His efficiency, speed and professionalism were sensational, absolutely outstanding service. Lady serving counter next to me was also super fast and efficient.
