  Waited over 15 mins just to send a parcel. The staff are extremely slow at serving, queue was almost out the door. Only 4 staff working one was completely ignorant just doing her own thing. This is a joke you guys needs to employ more competent staff and retrain selected individuals to improve your service.

  I dont why the reviews are so bad here. Yes it can get busy at times where you have to line up and wait, so just don't go at midday... it is in one of the busiest parts of the city afterall.

  One of the stupidest people hired in this post office. I went to apply for a passport and they rejected the application saying the background of the picture should be light (In my case it was Grey). I came the next day with a lighter background and they still rejected saying it should be White. I went to Passport website and checked the photo guidelines, nowhere it says the photos should be against white background. I got the same photos to another post office and they accepted without any issues.

  Its one thing to be busy , the counter staff here are just plain rude ... dont go there . Oxford St PO is much better staffed

  The store is spacious and clean, and each encounter Ive had with staff has been fine.
