Apart from the fact that Camper shoes are the lightest, most comfortable and good looking shoes around, the sales people in this shop are REALLY helpful and pleasant. I came into the shop two weeks ago and I wanted to buy a pair of Beetle Boots. They didn't have them in stock, in my size, but they rang their Melbourne store, while I was there, and organised for them to be sent to me. They arrived two days later. It is so nice to walk into a store that hasn't got ATTITUDE and you feel like the people really care about what they do. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

No customer service. When asked to change the shoe box,rude customer service girl's blunt reply, she can't. When i said I can't buy then as it is for gift, then they can,but with very rude attitude. Really disappointed by the customer service. Didn't help at all.Three people in store but very reluctant to help.
