  In-store the staff member who served me couldn't work out what a women's size 8 was in men's sizing and after I tried them on and realised they were the wrong size she claimed they didn't stock it in a smaller size contrary to what their website claims.

  Worst experience I had in Sydney while on vacation. Female vendor (witch dressed) showed me that she wasn't happy that I didn't buy beach shoes that were too long and too tight.

  Music is very loud, making for difficult communication with staff. A little less volume would be nice, I like the music, but it shouldn't be that over powering. I got the wrong size of shoes due to communication difficulties. Happy with my new shoes.

  Great atmosphere created by staff, best customer service i recieved at a retailer, cant wait to go back. Music was a bit loud but i know it was just for blocking out the lames.

  Absolutely useless staff, I checked on their website before arriving that this store had the shoes in the size I wanted, it said it was in stock.
