  I love having facials and massages here. There is a room to relax and have tea in prior to treatments. The decor is calm and beautiful. the treatments, a little more expensive than elsewhere, are however worth it. Its a whole experience.

  treatments are ok, though every time I am asked '"what would you like to focus on?" but always get the same standard treatment with the only difference being a reference to the specified area but no real massage focus.

  Best spray tan I've ever had. It's taken me almost two years to find a decent spray tan place in Sydney and endota crows nest was brilliant. I was going to LA for my birthday and being winter here and summer there, I needed A LOT of help with a tan as I'm naturally very fair. The lovely lady who did my spray tan (was a Thurs night, I'm sorry I've forgotten her name) listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect dark bronze colour - it was a beautiful brown and being organic it didn't dry my skin out it felt and smelled amazing. She did a flawless job and no streaks. Also she sold me a gradual endota brand organic tan extender to take on my holiday. I have hated all the gradual tanners I've ever used (plus the smell and orange that comes with them!!) but this one was an amazing colour and smelt delicious. Very impressed with the whole experience & the helpful upsell. I'm about a month and a bit late with this review but I think it's important to give people praise and recognition when they're completely fab at what they do & totally deserving. :-) xx

  I got the recovery massage, but there was zero pressure felt like she was just wipping her hands on me rather then massaging and most of the time the masseuse was playing with towels and items on the benches. Part of the treatment was a sales pitch too.

  I just had the worst customer service from this spa. My husband booked a facial for me as a gift. When I finally manage to redeem the voucher I got call to work at last minute today in the morning. I immediately called the spa and left a voice message explaining with I couldn't come and requested for a re-schedule next week. after no receiving any call back (i had to call them since i got worried) I got told that the voucher cannot be used any other day since i didn't give them 24 hrs notice (how could've given them notice if 24 hrs ago everyting was ok )....I managed to speak with the manager but to my dissapoitment she came up with the same generic answer and that nothing could be done for me whatsoever. That's it . No alternative or kind words, no way of providing a great customer service for someone who hans't been there before! Very unsympathetic and rude. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If this is their way of dealing with someone who's a first time customer imagine the quality of their services..
