  I've had 3 facials here now and they've all been good but today's one was my favourite. My beauty therapist (Carole) tailored the facial to my dehydrated skin and I walked out of there with my face feeling deliciously fresh. She was very informative, gave me an amazingly relaxing facial and was really lovely. Talked very passionately about skincare and genuinely cares about how you look after your skin. I've only recently started using skincare products and really looking after my skin as I'm in my early thirties and starting to notice my skin change. She recommended some dermalogica products and spoke about them thoroughly and how they would improve my skin. Ended up buying the multivitamin thermafoliant and cannot wait to use it on my skin. I'd recommend this spa available and looking forward to my next facial with Carole.

  I have never had a bad experience here! All staff are extremely proffessional and friendly. I have a few skin problems and they have taken the time to examine my skin and use facials to target my problem areas. I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin since having their facials and using the products they suggested.

  Been here twice. Not worth the price. I had an inexperienced one doing my facial on my last visit. Won't be coming back.

  Disappointing massage. Within the first 10 minutes I had to stop and ask the therapist exactly what was happening. Over the next 30 minutes I contemplated getting up and leaving, but I felt as though that was extremely rude and hoped that it would improve. After addressing my concerns to the staff after the treatment (who were pleasant) I was offered a 10% discount. I explained that it wasn't about the money, more so about enjoying the massage and leaving satisfied, which I did not. I believe the staff should have offered a complimentary massage with a different therapist. A client shouldn't feel as though the need a massage after a $180 / 80min treatment.
