  I asked the middle age shop keeper whether there was any discount if I purchased 3 Jumpers instead of one, her face and tone immediately changed, answered in a very rude and mean way "this is not a discount shop okay!!"

  It was the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced, not only I experienced bad customer service but also racism, it's really a dishonouring face to represent Australia to the globe as a Souvenir shop in an iconic location in Sydney Darling Harbour.

  Really bad service checked me for shoplifting when I was outside the store. She called the police and got in a ton of trouble for looking and picking up a boomerang. Also grabbed me by the arm for nothing.

  The shop keeper was a middle age asian lady, short hair with glasses on, looks like a Korean to me, but she denied it and claimed herself to be a Japanese while I commented she is the rudest shop keeper I've ever encountered.

  Very bad service. If only i can rate it for 0. Unfriendly customer service and will not assist customers. If you are in Darling Harbour dont go near this shop. There is another shop close to it with a friendly staff or go to Alpaca located upstairs.
